Disable Default Translation Context

Unless explicitly specified with the @tr("context" => ...), the default translation context is the component name. Set the SLINT_NO_DEFAULT_TRANSLATION_CONTEXT target property to disable the default translation context. When doing that, the --no-default-translation-context flag must be passed to slint-tr-extractor.
